LTX Fest

LTX Fest is the largest annual conference and gathering of Latinx professionals in technology. LTX Fest strives to bring together thousands of Latinx leaders and professionals to network, learn, and create opportunities for the Latinx community while building collective power and pushing the tech industry forward.

The host organizations approached Firewood Events after their original event agency wasn’t working out, so the team had just six weeks to plan and execute a four-day conference across three venues in two cities, San Francisco and Oakland. Firewood Events transformed an old bank building, a gaming center, and a winery into multiple stages with panels, keynote speakers, sponsor booths, a dance party, and a street festival using creative elements of design, lighting, furniture, audio/visual (A/V), and entertainment.
