Flourish Agenda is a national nonprofit consulting firm that works with youth of color, schools, youth-serving organizations, foundations, and local governments to build and implement strategies that allow young people to flourish. Flourish Agenda was engaged by the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to host a series of workshops and a retreat for their grantees that focused on Healing Centered Engagement for communities of color and the institutions that serve them.
Firewood Events was brought onboard to support the team planning and execution of a 3-day, 2-night retreat. Firewood Events created physical spaces to match the Flourish Agenda brand and the energy of healing centered content through the branded decor, arrival gifts for guests in the hotel rooms, and self care-focused evening events.
